We have now completed testing on the Web Mapping Service (WMS), Web Feature Service (WFS) and Web Catalogue Services(CS-W). They are available at the following urls, the help pages will be updated to show you how to use these services.

Unlike the current set of OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium) services the Web Mapping and Feature Services are SOAP based services only. The CS-W uses conventional Post and Get operations.

Datasets Published

For those who are new to GeoHub NI, you have access to:

• OSNI large scale vector layers.
• 1:50,000 raster.
• 1:250,000 raster.
• OSNI large scale vector county boundary.

These layers will be available to you by default in the mapviewer only. Northern Ireland Government users will have access to the NIMA (Northern Ireland Mapping Agreement) datasets through all channels.

Published NIMA datasets include:

• Local Government Districts
• Wards
• OSNI Regio Mapping - 27 Layers
